Over 1100 letters were sent out. The PIM was also advertised on the project website.

A project Brochure was developed and available at the PIM for all attendees. The Project Brochure included a more detailed description of the purpose of the meeting, the need for the improvement, the scope of the work, the project schedule and information about right-of-way-acquisition. An overall project map was shown depicting all of the alternates being considered. A comment/note sheet was also provided within the Project Brochure. All comments were asked to be submitted by June 22, 2007.

Detailed exhibits were on display for inspection by the PIM attendees.
